You will play as Charlie, who is still lost in the factory and who, with the help of J., will have to face all the dangers that await him inside the factory. In this game, Lis is a playable character and it seems like the pipe she jumped into in Ice Scream 4 led her to a laboratory in the factory. This game features Sister Madeline's arrival at the Factory and Lis' Redemption from Rod's clutches.
